The international freight forwarding company acts as a separate operator to engage in the international freight forwarding business process, execute the cargo transportation contract and add transportation fees and surcharges.

Regulation

(1) The carrier faxes the consignment note to the carrier, and the contents need to be marked: SHIPPER (importer and exporter), CONSIGNEE (recipient), NOTIFYPARTY (notified person), actual air waybill, product quantity, net weight, yardage , Transportation fee provisions (prepayment, cash on delivery, third-party payment), product name, delivery date, other regulations such as fumigation, export declaration, and inspection.

(2) The carrier shall allocate the ship in accordance with the provisions on the carrier's consignment note, and push the ship allocation notice to the carrier. The ship distribution notice indicates the name of the ship, the bill of lading number, the delivery address, the contact information, the mobile phone contact, the latest delivery time, and the port entry time. It also stipulates that the carrier will try to deliver according to the information provided, and purchase the goods before the latest delivery time.

(3) The carrier carries out the customs clearance of the goods to ensure that the goods can be successfully shipped under safe conditions.

(4) The carrier sends a fax and confirms the bill of lading to the carrier one day before the pre-assignment. Please confirm the return of the shipment before the pre-assignment as much as possible, otherwise it will affect the normal review and signing of the bill of lading. After boarding the ship, the carrier shall review and sign the bill of lading within one working day after receiving the confirmation of the carrier's bill of lading, and pay the relevant expenses.

(5) After the goods are transported, the consignee should give the air waybill agent materials and the second-way pre-distribution information to the carrier, and the shipper can contact the air waybill customs for customs clearance and pick-up according to the relevant information.
