One: Type

There are always: general cargo containers, bulk containers, liquid containers, reefer containers and some special special containers, such as automobile containers, livestock containers, animal skin containers, etc. Depending on the cargo to be shipped, the choice of container varies. Container manufacturing materials mainly refer to the main components of the container, including the materials used for the side walls, end walls, box tops and other components. Containers can be divided into steel containers, aluminum alloy containers, glass fiber reinforced plastic containers, etc. according to the specific manufacturing materials. In addition, there are sometimes wooden containers and stainless steel containers.
2. According to the design structure of the container, there are several different ways to use it, so let us simply understand which types are, such as fixed container, folding container and thin shell container. Among them, a folding container refers to a container that can be folded when empty. When these containers are folded, the volume is only a quarter of the original volume, which greatly improves the specific transportation efficiency. Thin-shell containers are made of steel, which is relatively light in weight and will not be permanently deformed by external forces.

In fact, not only does it differ a lot in type, but it has a more prominent feature of its own sturdiness and convenience to us. First of all, the container is made of steel, aluminum, plywood, fiberglass or these materials, so it has the characteristics and advantages of being strong, airtight, and reusable. At the same time, it is a packaging container itself, and its durability and firmness are unmatched by any transportation packaging, and it can protect the goods well. Secondly, with the container, whether it is to change the car or ship in the middle, there is no need to take the goods out of the box for replacement, which ensures the integrity of the goods.
The first type of general cargo container: In fact, it is often referred to as a dry cargo container, which has a wide range of applications and is a relatively common one. In addition to the need for refrigeration and some special goods such as liquids and plants, it can basically be applied to goods that can be put down.
The second type of bulk container: similar to the general cargo container, but with 2-3 loading ports on the top, usually rectangular and round, the door has two unloading ports, good water tightness, usually used to transport grain, food, chemical products, etc.
The third category. Refrigerated container: As the name implies, it has the function of refrigeration and heat preservation, and can be used to transport frozen goods or low-temperature goods, with good preservation effect. Usually the shipment of fruit, meat, vegetables and other foods.
The fourth category: desktop container: the bottom of the box is thicker than ordinary containers, and the strength is greater, but the height will be relatively low. Lower beams and corner posts have tie loops for tighter delivery. At the same time, there are pillars and side rails on both sides. Usually used to transport large goods, equipment, etc.
Category 5: Garment Containers: Actually an extension of groceries. The difference is that there are many horizontal bars on the inside of the clothing container, which will sag more rope buckles, which greatly saves packaging costs and materials. Usually high-value clothes are used, and ordinary clothes can be directly used in the grocery container.
